Late Mr. M. Ravishankar also served as Standing Counsel for the Madurai Corporation before the Madras High Court, Madurai Bench, from 2009 to 2011. In this role, he represented the municipal body in matters involving public administration, statutory interpretation, and civil disputes. In addition, he was appointed as a Panel Advocate for the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) under the Government of India, where he handled matters relating to statutory compliance and institutional representation.
